Perfect pairings
This wine goes well with all meat dishes and with game and cheeses, especially delicacies such as guinea fowl with morels, roast beef, beef cutlets, duck breast, Châteaubriand, Tournedos béarnaise and a leg or rack of lamb.

Tasting notes
Crisp ruby red colour with violet reflections. Rich aroma featuring hints of cherry, ripe and red berries and plum. This noble wine packs a punch on the palate and leaves a harmonious and subtle finish. With prolonged ageing, it develops a touch of an autumn breeze.
