The Heida Melodie is pressed from the Heida grapes. During vinification, the alcoholic fermentation process is designed in such a way that a certain residual sweetness is left behind.

Perfect pairings
This wine is great as a delightful aperitif, but also goes well with prawn cocktail and mussels, and is a little less refreshing with all kinds of desserts such as fruit cake, crème brulée and tarte tatin with vanilla ice cream.

Tasting notes
Straw-yellow colour. Its delicate aroma featuring hints of nuts, honey and exotic fruits come together to create a special melody, leaving behind a dash of natural residual sweetness for the nose and palate.
