Born out of the marriage of the Gamay and Pinot Noir, two noble and world-famous grape varieties in their own right, further refined through a blend of a very popular grape variety. This elegant creation is particularly tempting thanks to its volume.

This fruity and refreshing wine goes well with white meats such as poultry, but is also a great match for warm chestnuts, traditional Valais dishes and barbecued delicacies and is also an excellent aperitif wine.
A stunning crimson colour with violet reflections. The rich aroma is reminiscent of dark berries. The unmistakable mint note is refreshing on the nose and palate. The sweet aftertaste and integrated tannins give the wine an overall sense of balance and harmony.
