Carefully selected Williams pears, which ripen exceptionally well, are used as the basis for this exquisite brandy. The formulation then matures in 225-litre Swiss oak barrels until the fruit and oak wood are in perfect harmony, which usually takes between two and four years. The Distisuisse judging panel awarded this speciality the maximum of 20 points.
